"Sharing the Lights of Shabbat"
This is a special mitzvah project of HVOS. The goal is to bring Yiddishkeit and Sabbath warmth to senior Jewish residents living at Pueblo Norte (Retirement Village). To accomplish this goal, we need the help of our members and their families. Sharing the Lights of Shabbat takes place the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month from 4:30 - 5:00 p.m.
The task is EASY yet the rewards are tremendous. If you would like more information and to select your month, please contact Linda Feldman at smiles1969@cox.net or 480-998-4335.

11:30 am: Meet at Wally’s American Pub N’ Grill at 5029 N 44th St
(lunch on your own), then walk to the Village Health Club & Spa.
1 pm: Meet at The Village at Camelback at 44th St & Camelback Rd. Tour facilities, health and fitness
discussion, stretch class, and one week pass.
Wednesday, August 19th
10:30 am: Meet at Changing Hands Bookstore at 6428 S. McClintock Dr. Ste C101
in Tempe. “What’s
Hot” talk and discussion.
Join us afterward at the Wildflower Bakery next door (lunch
on your own).
